You can reduce 1-8S LiPO pack(3-40V)  voltage to any voltage between  1.5-35V for your equipment,
For example If you need 12V for your FPV system on the 4S flying platform. Just check the current and voltage requirement of your system and set the voltage by the adjustable resistor to 12V. (a voltmeter require)
